This mixed-use project includes 217 hotel rooms, 223 condominium apartments, meeting and back-of-house support spaces for the hotel, a restaurant, and a public plaza. The tower overlooks the site of the World Trade Center Memorial. The curtain wall is a composition of several glass types and patterns atop a limestone base. A complex zoning solution includes a landscaped urban plaza plus the transfer of “air rights” from an adjacent property.
