Avinash K Malhotra, AIA
Principal

Avinash K. Malhotra has been the firm’s principal since its inception in 1978. Prior to his own practice, Mr. Malhotra obtained extensive experience in the design and execution of major projects with leading firms in New York City. He is responsible for numerous major private and public projects in New York. He is familiar with codes and procedures of state and local public agencies, and NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, NYC City Planning Commission and Local NYC Community Boards.

Mr. Malhotra is a registered architect in the States of New York and New Jersey, and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Indian Institute of Architects.

He holds a M.S. Arch. from Columbia University, New York City and a B.S. Arch. from the University of New Delhi, India.
