Rising 51 stories over Wall Street area, this two-phase project includes 839 rental apartments plus commercial spaces. The high-performance contemporary window wall is articulated to provide recesses for balconies and corner windows. Other programmatic elements include a rooftop solarium and roof garden. The original planning included accommodation for a connection from one lobby to a second tower. The second tower added units and an indoor swimming pool to the common amenities.
